User Agreement

1. Parties

This User Agreement is concluded between Acroptic and the natural or legal person that registers an account or uses the Service (“User”).

2. Account responsibilities

The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for all activity performed under the account.

3. Authorized auditing

The User warrants that every website submitted for auditing is either owned by the User or audited with the owner’s consent, for example under a service contract between an agency and its client.

4. Reports and their use

Generated reports may be shared with the User’s clients, included in proposals, and used in commercial engagements. Reselling raw access to the Service requires a separate partnership agreement.

5. Fair use

Audit volume is subject to the limits of the selected plan. Automated bulk submission beyond plan limits may be throttled or suspended.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. Upon termination, the User may export existing reports for 30 days, after which project data is deleted.

7. Governing law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Acroptic is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
